Working-out is not one of my favourite activities, but I view it as quite
necessary to balance sitting-around I do at most other times of the
day. I try to go and work-out about twice a week, going through
a program of 12 individual machines and then relaxing in the sauna
afterwards.
The studio I have found in Düsseldorf, SWISS-Training, is quite
modern yet inexpensive. Mondays are very busy since everyone has a bad
conscience after the weekend, but otherwise I can definately recommend
it as a friendly place to work-out at.
